With spring cleaning going great at my work, Chestnut Hill Senior Living Columbus, OH, I thought it would be a great time for some spring cleaning at home. My planned activities are to clean out the garage, basement, and attic. I really enjoy finding old stuff I forgot I had.
One of the benefits of spring cleaning storage areas, is it gives you room for more important items. I don’t know about you, but with me no matter how much storage room I have, it’s never enough. As soon as a space comes open it is immediately filled.
I would like to do more walking and to lose some weight. My goal this spring is to get in better shape. Hopefully, while I’m spring cleaning my closet I’ll locate my athletic shoes. Walking is not only a great way to lose a little weight, it makes you feel better all-around, helping to clear your mind.
